Terms & Conditions

Delivery: We always try to maintain a schedule favorable to our customers. However, this schedule could be altered by seasonal workloads, special effects, and/or special services. If you need special timing (rush service) for your orders, please let us know when you bring it in. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

Terms: We are happy to accept your checks as payment. A $40.00 handling charge will be applied to checks returned by the bank for any reason. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. Please call to discuss any special payment terms not listed here.

Business hours: Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. During July & August, we are closed each Friday. This does not alter the delivery time of your orders. Feel free to call if you need to make special arrangements to pick up your work. Many nights we are working past 5pm & we would be happy to wait for you. Please call the day of to make arrangements for a later pick up.

Shipping: Orders can be shipped UPS for a nominal shipping & handling charge. For smaller orders we can also use USPS for mailing orders at a reduced rate.
